Indian Palms Vacation Club

No Wifi in our unit or router which was very much needed. This is one reason my husband does not come anymore! My daughter had to be on a Webex from her job and could not hook up to the Wifi, This, was a real disappointment. We have been an owner since the 80's and we see nothing but a decline in keeping up with the units. Other problems were your entering and leaving the resort. Oher issues that need corrected like our garbage disposer not working. Other things needed the management was able to help and the Staff there in the Indian Palms Vacation Club are very excellent in trying to get issues taken cared of for the guest there, but some things are so out of their scope to help out. The Association who handles the upkeeping needs to take care and upkeeping these units functioning well and do the repairs. This units are old and need good repairs since members pay their dues and we must see the great progress. The units should be fix right and not fix it half hazard. I hope next year the units are completely renovated and in great condition. Thank you! Just make sure all is done right. I am so sorry I had to type up my complaint, but something has to be done it has been way too many years and to transfer our deed down to our children it is embarrassing when the units are not taken care of and when we have guests it is reflected on the upkeeping of the resort. I have had my sister come and join me but only once because of the conditions. I want to be proud of my unit not embarrassed. Thnk you. Mrs. Rodriguez

Everything is generally great except for today when we went to the swimming pool quite a bit after 9:00 it had not been cleaned. There were plastic bags filled with God knows what in the pool and hot tub and lots of branches and leaves and dirt. I understand it did storm but you would think the pool would be ready to go upon opening time. In other news, the staff did a great job when we complained about the unit being a bit dirty. They sent somebody right away and she was very friendly

The “vacation” rental is within low income housing. Neighbors arguing until 4am, windows and doors appear to have been broken into. Units are in desperate need of updating. Unit smells of insecticide. Dead cockroaches on floor. We felt unsafe and left after one miserable night. Stepped over a pile of neighbor’s vomit on our way to the car.
